Customer’s vision
The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Presidential Affairs sought to contract renowned international operators for two 200+ bed hospitals, Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital and Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital Umm Al Quwain. ICME was chosen to shortlist and evaluate potential operators. ICME’s services included: Identification and selection of operators for two 200-250 bedded hospitals in the UAE Compilation of the RFP documents Submission of a preliminary report with budget projections Development of the agenda and format for evaluation of bidders Evaluation of the bids (including forecasts, technical and commercial side) Rating of bids and operators as per the identified criteria
