Jürg Pfister is founder and CEO of Pfister Treuhand AG, a corporate service provider in Uster/Zurich. Before he started his independent occupation in 1992, he was working in an international Big4 audit firm in Zurich and London, where he also graduated to a Swiss Certified Accountant. Jürg has long-term experience in consulting and supporting his clients – from SME to subsidiaries of listed companies in different industries and with national as well as international background. He also acts as director in selected companies.
Naser Sali
ICME Director West-Balkan
Naser Sali is the director for the Balkan- and Eastern Europe Region within ICME and oversees the ICME locations in Albania - Tirana - and Kosovo - Pristina. Mr. Sali is well connected within the healthcare economy and networks, operational healthcare provision entities in the outpatient and inpatient sector and regulatory entities on Ministry level. In project processes, Mr. Sali takes on direct communication with the customer and monitors the corresponding project progress within the ICME team.

His experience also included management and directing a team of biomedical engineers covering GCC for client's direct requests, tenders and projects. His experience in UAE as a Project Manager included preparing complete submittals for turnkey projects, matching specifications, budgeting and costing calculations preparing timing schedule for project works, delivery, storage, installation and final commissioning for certificate of acceptance.

She has extensive knowledge in the healthcare sector and a comprehensive view in the management of international healthcare systems including health policy, public health, health economics and innovation. As Head of Project Management with ICME, Barrie works closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide support and guidance through the required processes, establishing the overall success criteria for a project, including; time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Alex Blaicher

Alex is a senior professional with a 30+ years of experience in international health systems. He studied medicine, economics, holds a PHD and is Associate Professor on the University of Vienna. He served in over 50 hospitals worldwide as an anaesthesiologist and intensive care physician, including the British NHS, the Royal Naval Hospital in Gibraltar, South Africa, Nepal, Germany and Austria. For 15 years he leaded hospitals, hospital chains as CEO, CMO or CFO. Moreover, he leaded nursing schools and developed systems of nursing applied sciences. Based in the Austrian alps he commits himself to improve health systems and health institutions, by focus on international health care systems, performance/process development, personnel development and strategical improvement, including IT systems. His unique overview over systems worldwide gives him the knowledge to solve problems in every field of health care systems. Alex is married and have 5 daughters.
