29 October 2023: Khaled Juffali Company (KJC), the renowned Saudi Arabian investment group is delighted to announce that it has partnered with ICME International AG, the international strategic healthcare consulting firm, to cement its presence in the Kingdom and establish its regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

This collaborative joint venture falls directly in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 Health Sector Transformation Program, and it will see both companies combine their specific expertise and knowledge. Committed to furthering and elevating healthcare standards within Saudi Arabia and beyond, ICME Healthcare KSA is set to launch in Q4 2023.

Marked with a signing ceremony at the 2023 Saudi Global Health Exhibition, the joint venture was signed by M. Nizar Sanadiki, Group CEO representing KJC and Dr. Cyril Toma, Managing Partner representing ICME Healthcare Group. The signing was witnessed by Aldana Al-Juffali, Group Business Development Director of KJC and Holger Micheel-Sprenger, Group CEO of ICME.

Focused on bringing the latest healthcare trends and technologies to the Kingdom, ICME Healthcare KSA will offer advisory and consultancy services that cover life sciences, public private partnerships, e-health, telemedicine, strategic advisory, health facility planning and other vital areas.
