Customer’s vision

The African Integrated Development Enterprise (AIDE) and its subsidiary Reliant Healthcare have initiated an impactful healthcare cluster in Nigeria and Kenya. As an Africa-focused healthcare services company set up to develop and operate high-quality medical facilities offering patient-centric primary, specialty and ancillary care, AIDE is run and managed by a skilled team of international medical operators and practitioners with the objective to include foreign technical partners for hospital operations and healthcare delivery systems. It is the organizations’ overall target to improve the quality, accessibility and operational delivery of medical care across Nigeria, Kenya and neighbouring countries. The healthcare clusters of AIDE Integrated Healthcare Services comprise of the multiple healthcare projects representing a sustainable opportunity to gain exposure to a differentiated healthcare concept of primary, secondary and tertiary care services. The total bed capacity of the network amounts to 1,750 beds ensuring a comprehensive care delivery approach within the primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare sector. ICME Healthcare has completed the entire feasibility planning and is engaged in a turn-key delivery approach, including project management, design and design management and well as site supervision during construction. Upon clinical commencement date, ICME Healthcare monitors and steers the hospital operations during the first years of clinical practice (clinical activation).

ICME Healthcare is engaged to conduct a strategic hospital planning for the University Hospital, including assessment of specific departments. Based on its status, ICME develops a specific strategic concept embedded into the overall healthcare delivery and performance of the University Hospital. Across the project execution, ICME works closely with the Hospital management. Based on the approval of the concept, ICME is in the process of implementing the strategy.
