The Märkische Health Holding Company is supported by the Märkische Kreis and comprises the tertiary care hospital Lüdenscheid, the City Hospital Werdohl and the Marien Hospital Letmathe with more than 1,000 beds. In 2016, the three hospitals together provided care for around 46,000 patients and around 105,000 on an outpatient basis. Thus, the group is one of the larger municipal institutions of this kind in Germany. Diversification across several locations requires, in addition to the constant adjustment of the medical core business, the adaptation of the supporting processes.

ICME Healthcare has successfully carried out the related “Project Management” mandate with the client Märkische Health Holding Company.
