ICME was approached by FAWSEC for a teaser for new Healthcare City in Kuwait. FAWSEC Medical Co.aims to establish a new healthcare project within the Kuwait City specialized in Mental Health, Geriatrics, and Paediatric long-term care. The aim is to reach governmental support with the backing of the project teaser – being the main deliverable of this project. It is the vision to develop a new, standalone and purpose-built medical complex in Kuwait City (size of land envisaged to be approx. 100,000sqm), which shall cover the 3 core services. Furthermore, it is envisioned as an integral component for public health education, research, and community services centrally located within all three entities of the medical complex. ICME developed a teaser for the local government in Kuwait City to seek governmental support of the project, to encourage inverstor participation, to seek assignation of governmental land for project development and to seek clarification of required governmental regulations for the project. The teaser included a market study, business case, and high level financial feasibility study.

 

ICME Healthcare is mandated by JRJFI to conduct a strategic facility and service planning which entails a preventive and primary care service along with a secondary hospital care. Along the project execution, ICME representatives communicate with international renowned healthcare institutions such as Stanford University to create and implement tailored and integrated community services within the local and international operational framework. As a further deliverable, ICME Healthcare determines the operational operator for providing the community-centered service in Nairobi and the region in a state-of-the-art healthcare delivery approach including the application of digital care delivery. In a turn-key project management approach, ICME is contracted to perform a project management, design and design development and site supervision function.
