ICME Healthcare was appointed by Bee’ah as representatives of a private UAE investor, who aims to establish a new healthcare project within the UAE. Bee’ah has contracted ICME to conduct strategic planning and a feasibility to:

• Evaluate the economic situation and forecast of the Country
• Understand the market opportunities, the competitive landscape and major healthcare service needs (i.e., Supply, Dem and, Gaps, etc.)
• Develop the business and medical concept that matches the needs for such services, as well as accommodates delivery of quality care in an efficient manner across points of care
• Forecast the overall costs of the project (financial feasibility)

The outcome of the feasibility study concluded in a positive set of for the envisioned hospital facility. During the Greenfield Hospital Planning, ICME has developed a detailed facility design with functional relationships between departments as well as the functional operating and design brief. ICME provided medical equipment planning and generation of a MEQ BoQ for budgeting purposes. MEQ planning was based on clinical services and Centers of Excellence during all stages of project delivery, based upon the detailed medical concept and room plan derived earlier. The list of equipment has been validated by the client July 2019. Additionally, a Medical Equipment Planning was performed to define space requirements and allow budget estimations. Planning process was based on an approved medical concept and SoA.
